Visual Basic error:
"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment."
Reason:
A license key for the Windows Common Controls 6.0 (MSCOMCTL.ocx 6.1.98.34) is missing in the Windows registry.
Fix:
Start "Regedit.exe" and add the following entry to the registry...
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\ED4B87C4-9F76-11d1-8BF7-0000F8754DA1 = knlggnmntgggrninthpgmnngrhqhnnjnslsh
