Hello, there is a question form my side. How can I exclude items to be exported with status 'exclude from translation'. I tried severel things bug like: -> set all items for translation 'need translation' -> Select all items by state 'need translation' -> result: all items 'need translation' and 'exclude from translation' are marked. But just the first 'exclude from translation' is not selected. nothing worked. It seems to me like a bug. Thanks for your replay. Reiner. Hello reiner,
>> How can I exclude items to be exported with status 'exclude from translation'.
do you want to export (all) excluded items to e.g. a text file or an Excel sheet? Is your first problem is that you cannot select all (and only those) items which have been set as "Excluded from Translation" for exporting them?
Note: the translation status "needs translation" is something different to an item which is set as "Excluded from Translation".
Please clarify.

Hello, I would like to minimize my exports for my translators and not confuses them. So for that reason I would like to have no export of the items marked 'Exclude from Translation'. How can I do this workflow? Reiner. . Set the "Excluded from Translation" items as not to be visible -- hide the items. Uncheck the "Show Items Excluded from Translation" menu item or the toolbar button.
Menu command: "View" | "Show by Translation Status" | "Items set as Excluded from Translation" ...or use the appropriated Toolbar button.
